September 15th and 16th are dates when Mexican people gather to celebrate the anniversary of the beginning of their independence war, which has happened more than 2 centuries ago. Mexico’s Independence Day is the ideal moment to enjoy traditional food, regional music and an amazing display of colorful ornaments in every corner of the country.
